Kevin has produced CDM and Control of Contractor procedures and delivered training in CDM Designer Risk Assessments following the regulatory changes enacted in 2006. He has also undertaken Supervisor training in the use of Permit to Work systems.
At the Croda Resins site in Speke, Kevin played a lead role in managing the site’s decommissioning and dismantling under the requirements of the CDM regulations.
Whilst at Associated Octel, Kevin assisted in the preparation of a failure modes, effects and criticality analysis study, which ultimately led to improved levels of planned preventative maintenance on site. He was also a member of the site's change control approval team, which assessed all site modifications and a member of the site's 'duty' manager system providing out of office hours consultation when required.
Plant Isolation Log
Isolation logs can be used to document all plant isolations during maintenance and shutdown work.
